Return and Refund Policies:
Refunds can be obtained within 10 days of receipt of your order for any unused merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging.
Each return should be preauthorized. Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You will get a response within 24 - 48 hours. If, for any reason, you don't receive an email with RAN within this time period, please contact Customer Service at +1 (949) 290-8457
Outbound shipping charges, from our warehouse to your location, are non-refundable.
Any unauthorized return and/or refused package is subject to UPS shipping charges in the amount of $12.50 and the package is subject to a 50% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Unapproved returns and merchandise that was used, where the packages torn, labels missing, and all other conditions in which the merchandise can not be sold again are also subject to a 50% restocking fee.
